a.) FileForms provides a comprehensive approach to supporting Partners. Each Partner receives a Client Services Representative who can help craft the optimal approach toward education and outreach to clients.

• FileForms has had success educating through the distribution of proprietary written content and newsletters via digital marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, etc
• FileForms provides email templates, marketing collateral, landing pages, campaign strategy, and other resources to help create awareness where its needed most

b.) FileForms pays its Partners up to 25% commission on sales of FileForms products tracked within the Partnership Portal.

• Partners can provide pro-active compliance services to their pre-existing and new trusted clients, creating a highly profitable source of fee income with zero overhead, training, or hiring requirements. Partners can have hundreds, if not thousands, of clients to support, which can drive meaningful commission income.

Leads are tracked in the Partner Portal which provides complete transparency to uploaded leads, status of filing, commissions and payments

Once a report is filed, and payment is received, commission payments are made within 45 days.
