FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship Program

FileForms intends to debut its “FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship Program ahead of the 2024/2025 academic year. This scholarship requires students to explore their relationship with the concept of entrepreneurship in the world of finance. Students who’ve demonstrated a talent for self-sufficiency will stand out from their peers and possibly qualify for $1,000 in financial support.

Students have until April 15, 2024, to submit their scholarship applications to FileForms’ scholarship selection committee. The scholarship is only open to students enrolled in or admitted to the University of Florida. FileForms will not accept scholarship applications submitted after the deadline, or without all applicable materials.

Application Requirements

FileForms requires that any student applying for the “FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship Program” meet the following criteria:

  •     Students must have a 3.5 GPA or higher.
  •     Students must currently attend the University of Florida or have secured a letter of acceptance.
  •     Students must agree to the scholarship’s terms and conditions.
  •     Students must include the necessary application materials alongside their scholarship essay.

FileForms will not accept scholarship applications from students who do not meet the criteria.

Application Process

Students who want to submit for the “FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship” must:

  •     Fill out the application form on this page.
  •     Upload a copy of your unofficial transcript.
  •     Upload a copy of your scholarship essay.
  •     Submit proof of enrollment/acceptance to the University of Florida (Student ID, letter of acceptance, etc.)

FileForms encourages students to revisit the scholarship’s eligibility requirements before submitting their applications.

Scholarship Essay Topic

To participate in the scholarship, students should describe their passion for entrepreneurship in the world of finance, as well as any future plans including your volunteer work, hobbies, and professional or academic involvement, in a short essay. The essay should be no longer than 1,000 words long. Include any relevant links at the end of the essay.

Scholarship Deadline

The deadline to apply is April 15, 2024. FileForms will not consider scholarship applications submitted after that deadline passes. Students should ensure they include all the essential application materials in their initial submission.

After the scholarship submission period closes, FileForms will form an internal scholarship selection committee. That committee reserves between one and three months to consider the merit of applicants’ essays.

FileForms will be available to answer calls, emails, or other forms of communication addressing the “FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship Program” while the scholarship submission period is open, or the committee is selecting a winner.  Applicants can find all the information relevant to the application process on the scholarship’s terms and conditions page.

Terms and Conditions

All applicants to this scholarship must meet the eligibility requirements as laid out on the scholarship application page, including:

  •     Applicant must be enrolled at the University of Florida
  •     Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the age of enrollment.
  •     Applicant must have residency in the United States
  •     Applicants must be in good academic standing.
  •     Applicants must submit some personal information, including name, contact information, and proof of enrollment.
  •     Applicants must author an original essay on the scholarship essay topic provided.

Anyone who meets the following conditions is NOT eligible to apply:

  •     Employees or children of employees of FileForms
  •     Past recipients of FileForms Rising Entrepreneur Scholarship Program
  •     Applicants who submit the same essay for multiple years in a row, or for multiple scholarships

Selection & Award Notification Process

FileForms’ scholarship selection committee will only consider applications submitted with all their required materials and applications submitted before the scholarship’s closing date. Students who attempt to submit applications without all their materials or after the scholarship submission period closes will not have their applications considered.

FileForms’ scholarship selection committee will then consider students’ applications and award one student whose entrepreneurial pursuits stand out from the rest.  Age, race, religion, gender, national origin, familial status, or other protected classes will have no influence on the committee’s decision.

The firm will notify the scholarship’s winner via email. FileForms will then mail the student’s scholarship winnings directly to the University of Florida.
